Position Details: Human Resource Adminstrator

A global Audit and Advisory Firm is seeking to hire a Human Resource Administrator.

Job Purpose

To provide the day to day HR operational support to the organisation therefore facilitationg the achievement of the overall goals 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage/Coordinate the Recruitment process end to end
  • Organize new employee orientation, on boarding and training programs
  • Manage the process of payroll preparation
  • Regular reporting on HR Metrics to the Managing Partner
  • Update of internal databases eg Leave, performance management records, etc
  • Liaise with external partners/Vendors and ensure legal compliance
  • Organise and maintail personnel records
  • Coordinate the Performance Appraisal Cycle
  • Provide Solutions/Answers to employees queries around HR related issues


  • Good understanding of the Uganda Labour Laws
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal Skills
  • Good organizational skills

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • At least 3 years experience in a Similar role
  • Post graduate diploma in HR Management or equivalent is an added advantage
  • Experience wiht HR Software or HRIS.
